What is the Get Your Groove On 5 Day Challenge?
Groove is a delicious and fun group dance experience that nurtures the body, mind, heart and soul. This is a short dance challenge to give you a taste of Groove in the comfort of your own home. You’ll become familiar with some Groove moves, learn more about the key principles of Groove and feel confident to attend a full Groove session in person online with your Groove Facilitator Monica.
Why do this Get Your Groove On 5 Day Challenge?
It’s a great place to start your Groove Journey. Here’s why:
- You can test out grooving in your own home in a safe, secure environment knowing that others are doing the same thing too.
- You get to start a daily dancing habit in less than 5 minutes a day
- You get to decide whether you want to attend an in person or online Groove session without making a big commitment.
How is this Challenge structured?
This course has 6 sections:

- 5 x daily Groove of the day sessions: Watch the videos and find a safe place to groove wherever you can.
- Reflect on your Groove and the Groove Truths: Check out how you’ve done and how you feel about Groove.
- Next steps: Decide how you are going to take your Groove Journey forward…
